HOW TO BUY CAR
STEP 1
Choose your vehicle
Choose your favorite vehicle from our Stock List.
STEP 2
Send Inquiry
After selecting your vehicle you can send us your Inquiry. If you have not found your favorite vehicle in our stock you can send us your required vehicle.
STEP 3
Get Proforma
After your inquiry, we will send you a proforma with full specification of that vehicle.
STEP 4
Complete the payment
Please complete the payment by Bank Telegraphic Transfer from any bank not later than the Paying Due Date specified in the Proforma Invoice. When you have
completed the payment, please send us the copy of Telegraphic Transfer copy via fax
or email as proof of payment. If your payment has not been confirmed until the Paying Due Date as mentioned above, the contract is deemed to be void.
STEP 5
Receive documents
After receiving the full payment, we will arrange shipping immediately. We will send a shipping schedule and copy of B/L (Bill of Lading) via fax or email.
STEP 6
Shipping
All documents as listed below will be sent to your consignee address by Express Mail Service after the vessel leaves Japan. These documents are usually necessary for your local customs.
Commercial Invoice
Original B/L (Bill of Lading)
Insurance Certificate
Export Certificate
STEP 7
Collect your vehicle
Once you receive the documents, please contact your local customs agent for customs clearance at least one week prior to the actual arrival date of the vessel. As per customs agent, you can pick up your car at the port.Car registration is different in each country, therefore please ask your local authority.

Besides that, we can support in dismantling cars for the customer who is interested in dismantling the used cars for the used spare parts. HOW TO BUY SPARE PARTS
STEP 1
Send us the list of your interests and requests by. Your actual packing lists would be very
helpful. Please do not forget your contact information like name, company name, mailing
address and port of destination.
STEP 2
We will select the most suitable car recycling factory / scrapping yard to your demands and send you the pro-forma.
STEP 3
When the pro-forma and business conditions are agreed, we will send you the deposit invoice.
We and the selected yard will start working upon receipt of deposit.
STEP 4
The progress of your order will be reported to you for a couple of times before fixing thedate of vanning.
STEP 5
After vanning, we will send you the invoice, packing list, container pictures and BL copy.
STEP 6
When the balance is paid off, we will send you the original BL or surrender it upon your request.
STEP 7
Once you receive the documents, please contact your local customs agent for customs clearance at least one week prior to the actual arrival date of the vessel. As per customs agent, you can pick up your container at the port.
Shipment : FOB and C&F using 20F/40F container
Payment : Japanese yen or US dollars L/C and check are not available
Deposit : 50% of full amount
BL(Bill of Lading) will be released after collection of the rest 50%(collection of full amount)
